I see that St.Mary's church is now brightly floodlight each night. Light pollution making it more and more difficult to see the beauty of a starlight sky from Hailsham.    
 
Also, interesting to see that the church is not supporting energy savings under it's own directive (Operation Noah) Sad

They do say when companies such as Costa start investing in an area it is deemed as 'up and coming'.  Does anyone know if there was an initiative to bring new businesses to the town, such as Prezzo's ?
 
I try to patronise Hailsham businesses as much as possible and tend to find no reason to go into Eastbourne these days.
 
Good to see the Pavilion facelift has gone so well.

i think hailsham should have a bowling alley which i hear is going to be built in the lagoon lesiure centre, vigaredge fields so could somebody please post me and give me the dates for when it's all going to happen.
